Glen was challenged of selling one home and purchasing 2 homes all at the same time. This adventure started in my mind on Sept of 2021 and everything was done and dusted 3 months later. Glen's attention to detail and communication were top notch. There was never a moment that I thought he did not have my best interest at heart.
All of the preparation of selling my home was daunting. Not only did Glen find my new home he also guided me on who to talk to and how to get my current property ready for sale. He did this in a budget conscience, efficient way. He was always on the phone with me when I needed help and even offered his assistance when I did not know how to ask.

He was ON TOP of things and went above and beyond to serve me in managing 4 different properties that were being rented out throughout the process of handling my fathers estate. Being an executrix in another state, he went to court hearings, handled the finances, took care of the properties, and then went on to help sell both properties within a VERY reasonable timeline, advising me the whole way. With such a complex situation, he was very understanding and helpful in ways I could not be more grateful having been states away, none of this would have been possible. He did more than a Property Management and Realtor normally would and I HIGHLY recommend him and Stacey. It is not easy loosing someone as incredible as my Dad, but having their support made this very complex situation much more manageable.
